Segun Babalola, MBA is an Economic Development Professional with expertise in Community development and Real Estate solutions. He is currently serving as the President/CEO of Peoria Citizens Committee for Economic Opportunity, Inc. (PCCEO). Previously he served as City Administrator for the City of Dellwood, Missouri during the city’s recovery and revitalization phase from the Mike Brown Civil unrest.

Segun has extensive experience working for local and regional economic development organizations. As part of his time at the St. Louis Economic Development Partnership, Segun designed community housing redevelopment plans and implemented a fund development strategy. Segun was also the Co-founder and President of the St. Louis African Chamber of Commerce. Segun served as the Chairman on the St. Louis County Clean Energy Development Board prior to moving to Peoria.

Mr. Babalola received his Bachelors of Science in Marketing from Southeast Missouri State University as well as a degree in International Studies from Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Rennes, France. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Webster University St. Louis

Jennifer M. Orban has 25+ years experience in Senior Executive Leadership roles and is skilled in strategic leadership, operational management, and fundraising. Throughout her career she has been on the cutting edge of creating high capacity – high performing organizations.  Jennifer is currently serving as Chief Operating Officer of Peoria Citizens Committee for Economic Opportunity, Inc. (PCCEO). She is a Visionary Change Agent – Big picture thinker who turns what “could be” into reality through insight, innovative thinking, and initiative. Jennifer has a successful track record of developing strategy and executing tactics that grow revenue, expand awareness, and increase retention.

Jennifer received her M.S. (Human Services Administration) from National-Louis University. In 2009, Jennifer was awarded the National-Louis University Distinguished Alumni Award honoring alumni who have demonstrated the highest degree of excellence in such areas as community leadership, humanitarian service, career achievement and social justice.
