JOB SUMMARY: The secretary is responsible for providing assistance to the Executive Assistant in the general clerical duties necessary to the ongoing day-to-day operation of the Administrative office


· Associates degree;

· At least 3 years of clerical/data entry experience;

· Strong computer and typing skills;

· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel spreadsheet software applications;

· Effective oral and written communications skills;

· Proficient ability to maintain data filing and retrieval system;

· Prepare and record daily all bank and remote deposit records;

· Ability to compose and prepare business correspondence;

· Ability to provide excellent and effective customer service;

· Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job description;

· Must have and maintain a valid Illinois Driver’s license, reliable transportation and insurance coverage as required by the State of Illinois.
