Energy Assistance

 

Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) is designed to help low-income households pay for winter energy services.

The LIHEAP (Energy Assistance) Program is comprised of four programs: Low Income Home Energy Assistance (LIHEAP), the Reconnect Assistance Program, PIPP (Percentage of Income Payment Plan) and the Emergency Furnace Program.

The PCCEO Energy Services will begin taking LIHEAP applications starting July 27th, 2020 to JUNE 30th, 2021 for all eligible households.

Eligible households must meet income guidelines listed below. Applicants should present proof of income for the last 30 days, the most current utility bill, current lease or rent receipt, and social security cards for everyone in the household.
