Interim President/CEO

Jennifer M. Orban has 25+ years of experience in Senior Executive Leadership roles and is skilled in strategic leadership, operational management, and fundraising. Throughout her career, she has been on the cutting edge of creating high-capacity – high-performing organizations.  Jennifer serves as Chief Operating Officer of the Peoria Citizens Committee for Economic Opportunity, Inc. (PCCEO). She is a Visionary Change Agent – Big picture thinker who turns what “could be” into reality through insight, innovative thinking, and initiative. Jennifer has a successful track record of developing strategies and executing tactics that grow revenue, expand awareness, and increase retention.

Jennifer received her M.S. (Human Services Administration) from National-Louis University. In 2009, Jennifer was awarded the National-Louis University Distinguished Alumni Award, honoring alumni who have demonstrated the highest degree of excellence in such areas as community leadership, humanitarian service, career achievement, and social justice.
