You must schedule an appointment on a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday to come and see what we have in miscellaneous items. DON’T FORGET: We are receiving a weekly donation of bakery items from Sam’s Club on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Pick-up time at the FoodBank is from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday. You must call 309-671-3906 and speak with someone to schedule an appointment for your agency at least one day in advance of your desired time. You cannot make your appointment via email or on the order line since the time you are requesting may be taken. Your order must be received on the order line, via email, or on the fax machine by noon the day before your pick-up. It is important that, in addition to placing your order, you also specifically identify your organization by both agency name and location. We have several agencies with the same name in different towns, i.e. Salvation Army, YWCA, First Baptist, etc. If you have made an appointment and do not intend to use it, cancel it early so that the time slot can be used by someone else. We may have limited amounts of some items, which may affect the quantity that each agency can receive. Order the amount you would like, and we will make adjustments when necessary.
