Foster Grandparent Program Foster Grandparent Program provides intergenerational opportunities for seniors age 60 and above to"at risk" children in schools, hospitals, drug treatment Photo of Foster Grandparents 2005centers, Head Start and Early Head Start Centers, and child development centers. The heart of the program is the one-on-one daily attention the Foster Grandparents provide.
